What happens if your staff finds damage to floors/equipment/furnitures?

If there are any damages to the floor, furniture or equipment, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damage. If the room is left untidy, you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. If you see a damaged item prior to your booking, please let us know immediately.

What is the maximum capacity of the studio?

5 people maximum

 Do we have parking?

There is free street parking directly in front of the building (3545 Lakeshore Blvd West). If parking is full, there is additional parking at the plaza across the street at 3560 Lake Shore Blvd W.

Can we play music?

Since the studio is not soundproof, please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music.

What is our cancellation policy?

Here at Satori Studio, we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.

*Please note all refunds are subject to a 2.9% processing fee!*

All shoots have to be paid in full at the time of booking.

If you cancel your reservation with over 48 hours notice from your booking date, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your reservation within 24- 48 hours of your booking date, your reschedule fee will be 50% of your booking value.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking date, you will be liable for the full value of the booking.
